You may be wondering why we decided to call our Jewish Silly Bands "Meshuga Bands"...
Well, wonder no more- Here's the answer:
Our bands are all about having pride in being Jewish. So, if you're going to wear random shapes on your wrists, we think it's cool and educational to wear Jewish ones, too!
Along with being proud, comes being knowledgable. So, we thought we should have a Hebrew name for our company and infuse a little love of Hebrew. Even better than just a Hebrew name, we came up with a name that means the same in both Hebrew and Yiddish!
The word "Meshuga" is an adjective which means "crazy." Sometimes you'll hear the word, "Meshuganah" which is a noun meaning a "crazy person." And yet another version of the word is "Mishugaas," which means "craziness."
We hope you have fun with our crazy bands and maybe even go a little "meshuga" for them! Also, feel free to pass this on to all the "meshuganahs" in your life! Don't worry about any of your mishugaas, just have fun!
